Digital ID Cards Now Available

Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Louisiana is now offering digital ID cards for its members. To access your digital ID card, members must have an online account and be registered on the BCBSLA website. Once logged in to the member portal, members can view their ID card from the "My ID Card" section, and save it as a PDF file.

In addition, members can access their digital ID card through the BCBSLA mobile app, and in a future release will also be able to save the image to a phone. It is worth noting that digital ID cards are currently only available for medical policies.
