You'll work directly with small and mid-size employer groups across the New Orleans metro, helping them navigate health insurance options and build smarter benefits strategies. Ideal candidates have 2+ years of insurance sales or benefits experience and hold an active Louisiana Life & Health license.
Responsibilities
- Prospect and develop employer group relationships
- Present comprehensive plan comparisons
- Manage renewals and open enrollments
- Coordinate with our client services team on enrollments and changes
Requirements
- Active Louisiana Life & Health license (or willing to obtain)
- 2+ years sales or benefits experience preferred
- Self-motivated with strong communication skills
Client Services Specialist — Metairie, LA
We're hiring a Client Services Specialist to manage day-to-day benefit administration for our employer groups. You'll handle enrollments, terminations, qualifying life events, COBRA notices, and carrier communications — keeping our clients and their employees supported year-round.
Responsibilities
- Process new enrollments and terminations in Employee Navigator
- Coordinate COBRA administration and notices
- Respond to member and HR administrator inquiries
- Maintain accurate records across carrier portals
Requirements
- 1+ years of benefits administration or HR experience
- Familiarity with Employee Navigator or similar ben-admin platforms a plus
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Louisiana-based candidates only
