Privacy Policy

Effective Date: January 1, 2024

1. Introduction

Demand Insurance & Benefits, LLC ("Demand Benefits", "we", "us", or "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard information when you visit our website or contact us.

2. Information We Collect

We may collect the following types of information:

  • Contact form submissions — including your name, email address, phone number, and company name
  • Website analytics — anonymized data about how visitors use our site (pages viewed, time on site, browser type)
  • Email newsletter subscriptions — email addresses provided voluntarily in exchange for resources or updates

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Respond to inquiries and service requests
  • Schedule consultations and follow-up communications
  • Send resources you have specifically requested
  • Improve our website and service offerings

We will not use your information to send unsolicited marketing communications without your consent.

4. Information Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We may share your information with service providers (such as email platforms and scheduling tools) solely to deliver our services to you. These providers are contractually obligated to keep your information confidential.

5. Cookies

We use basic analytics cookies to understand how visitors interact with our website. You may disable cookies in your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect certain features of the site.

6. Data Security

We use industry-standard security practices to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse. However, no method of internet transmission is 100% secure.

7. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing us at correspondence@demandbenefits.com. We will respond to your request within a reasonable time.

8. Employer renewal documents and plan data

When you upload a renewal document, we collect your work email, the document you choose to upload, your consent acknowledgement, and the information extracted from that document. Documents can contain employee census or health information. Upload only documents you are authorized to share, and remove employee names, dates of birth, SSNs, claims details and diagnosis information when possible.

The purpose is to prepare an employer benefits renewal analysis and, if you request it, a market check. Reviewing your results does not appoint Demand Benefits as your broker.

Uploaded files and reports are stored in our secure Google Workspace. The server also stores encrypted operational records so we can show your report, manage delivery and track any separately requested authorization. The operational consent record includes the time, IP address and version of the consent notice.

Our AI provider processes the renewal under contract and does not use it to train AI models. We never sell your data. Diagnostic results exclude member identifiers and use age bands rather than dates of birth or exact ages.

Reports are emailed to the address you provide and to the authorized Demand Benefits review team. A census is optional for a requested market check. A claims/data release or Agent of Record appointment is separate, optional and disclosed before signing. DocuSign maintains the signature and verification audit records.

To request deletion of your files and related records, email correspondence@demandbenefits.com.
